- XP6 based MES system interfacing AS400 ERP system. Customized modules for printing presses, wrap line and monitoring.

- Process software exchanged for Lamb's Rollwrapping system. Using customized XPO Wrapping module and additional XP6 and custom modules.

- Begin of project: Spring 2001
- Since November 2001 the extension system is running
properly. Redwood integrated control
information from Raumaster's roll handling into
our system. Furthermore we integrated 24 Jagenburg sheeters
and a second rewinder.

- Begin of project: Spring 2001
- Since January 2002 the system with our
quality control, winder,
rewinder and
automated wrapping machine software is operating
in productive environment. The system has been integrated
in an already existing ERP environment (CIS) which provides
the production plans. All production data is delivered
back to the ERP system.
- APP Perawang, Indonesia
- Begin of project: Winter 2000
- Since March 2001 the new system with our order
entry, production planning,
tambour, winder,
rewinder and fully
automated wrapping machine software is effective.
We also have integrated an automatic warehouse handling
into our system.
- MDLang Utzenstorf, Switzerland
- Begin of project: Spring 2000
- Since January 2001 the production runs successfully
with our production planning,
quality control,
production monitoring,
tambour, winder,
rewinder and fully
automated wrapping machine software. We also have
integrated an ERP system (AS400) into our system.
The complete system is constructed with 26 client computers
and two servers.
