XPD Distribution department takes care of the storing and
shipping of your paper products. With XPD Distribution modules
you deliver your product on time. They support just in time
(JIT), inventory and retrieval production.
Just in time production
Manufactured products are guided directly to the distribution
area, where they are labeled and prepared for immediate shipping.
For each item the distribution path (truck, train, ship) is
defined and scheduled.
Production for inventory
Products created ahead of time schedule or without direct
order are stored until needed. In addition to JIT production
there are storing and retrieving processes involved.
XPD Distribution modules support both; warehouse management
and retrieval planning.

According to the available storage retrieval plans
the operator retrieves paper products from the warehouse.

When loading paper products to the respective
transport vehicle, the products are checked a the last time
and the necessary forms are provided.
